Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Keegan Low graduated from Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco, in 1978. While at Hastings, Keegan and his partner won the overall moot court competition, including best brief. After practicing for a few years in San Francisco, he moved to Reno in 1982, where he had family and business ties. He has practiced there ever since.
In Reno, Keegan began his practice with the law firm of Hawkins and Sharp. In 1989 he commenced his current association with Robison, Belaustegui, Sharp & Low. His practice throughout his career has concentrated on commercial litigation and defense of large personal injury claims. He has several reported cases in California and Nevada and is a member of The Best Lawyers In America in the area of commercial litigation.
Keegan was admitted to the California Bar in 1978 and the Nevada Bar in 1983. He is also admitted to practice in the District Courts of the Federal Judiciary in California and Nevada and before the United States Supreme Court. He currently serves on the Nevada State Bar Disciplinary Committee.
