Frank Gilmore joined the firm as an associate in 2007, after having completed a year-long clerkship for Judge Steven P. Elliott of the Second Judicial District of the State of Nevada.

 

He received his B.S. from Portland State University in 2003, and his J.D. from The University of Oregon School of Law in 2006, where he was an Editor of the award-winning Oregon Law Review. He was also the recipient of the Henry E Collier Law Scholarship. Frank practices in the area of general civil litigation, with experience in commercial disputes, construction defect and business torts. He is a member of the Nevada bar and is admitted to appear in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

 

In his free time, Frank enjoys motorcycling, playing golf and attending tee-ball games.
