Kristen, a Reno native, joined the firm in 2009 after a year - long clerkship with Chief Justice James Hardesty in the Nevada Supreme Court. Kristen's practice in the firm has been focused on the area of general civil litigation.
Kristen received her law degree from William S. Boyd School of Law. During her time in law school, Kristen completed a semester of legal externship with United States District Court for the District of Nevada Judge Larry Hicks. In addition, Kristen externed for Judge Bridget Robb Peck in the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada while completing her law degree.
Prior to law school, Kristen received a degree in Pre-Law from the University of Nevada, Reno. Kristen's undergraduate studies included a semester of interning with Senior Judge Peter Breen in the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada. While attending the University of Nevada, Reno, Kristen participated as a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
During her free time, Kristen studies dance and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
